Spring time is here! That means its time to shake off the winter blahs and winters inactivity. It's time to take stock of our health, and to become more aware of our fitness and overall well being. And of course it's time to get rid of those winter pounds.
There are lots of programs and activities that can help you get moving. Check your local newspapers, fitness centers, community organizations, municipal offices and civic organizations for activities that will help you shake off the winter blahs!
